In this suit for wrongful death and property damages resulting from a traffic accident, Ramona Hageman, one of the plaintiffs at trial, appeals the judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of defendant, TSI, Inc. She asserts that the trial court erred in failing to allow into evidence any reference to certain federal highway safety regulations, which TSIs driver was allegedly violating at the time of the accident, and in refusing to instruct the jury that violation of such regulations constituted negligence per se. We agree and reverse.
